Mōhalu is a Hawai’i non-profit who gathers people in circles called The Village to tell the truth and feel without suppression. Prisons come in two kinds, iron and internal, and this work is for anyone behind either. Mōhalu’s work cuts to the root — running away from feeling — making space to feel in the body and to question the beliefs that keep us stuck.
